I got a note the other day from Gary Ruskin, executive director of watchdog organization Commercial Alert in which he thanked me for Sales Pitch Society II, and wrote: "It's an excellent piece. Bravo. Sad, too."
I think it's great that Gary gave you his KUDOS on "SPS II".

WHAT'S WOM?
WOM is an acronym for Word of Mouth. WOM marketing refers to a variety of efforts used by marketers to influence people to talk about stuff they want us to buy.
